Wealth Management Services

Our premier wealth management services offer our investment clients an enhanced level of service and accessibility:

  • A dedicated relationship manager providing a bespoke, personal service
  • Membership to Lifestyle Direct, our exclusive concierge and lifestyle management service
  • Admittance to our exclusive Client Investment Office, situated in the prestigious Mayfair area of London
  • 24-hour access to account and investment information via our online portal, Access Direct
  • A MasterCard debit (ATM) card to access funds in a sterling-denominated Current Account
  • A dedicated client services team, available to assist Monday to Friday from 9 to 5pm
  • Tax benefits - profit is paid gross of UK income tax, as long as you qualify and have completed the HMRC form R105

Eligibility for our account services

To open an account with Gatehouse you must be:

-       Aged 18 years or over

-       A high-net-worth individual with a net annual income of £150,000 or more and total net assets of at least £500,000.

You must also maintain a minimum investment of £100,000 or currency equivalent, held either in a Wealth Management account or invested through our products and services.

Account Types

We offer three accounts - the Current Account, Call Account and the Fixed Term Deposit. All are operated in accordance with Shariah principles, meaning we do not charge nor pay any interest. However, we do offer profit-sharing on our Call Account and Fixed Term Deposits. 

The UK's deposit protection scheme, Financial Services Compensation Scheme protects eligible deposits with Gatehouse Bank up to a total of £85,000. Please note, any deposits above the £85,000 limit are not covered.

Access Direct 

Access Direct is a secure, client-only online service. As a valued client of Gatehouse, you will have the ability to access your investment information instantly, secure in the knowledge you are fully supported by our experienced and professional Client Relations team.

How can I sign up to Access Direct?

Having opened your account with us, a member of our Client Relations team will be in touch to help you set up Access Direct, our secure and confidential portal that allows you 24-hour access to your account and investment information.

All you need to do is provide your email address as your username, and wait to receive your initial password from your Relationship Manager and a personal identification number (PIN) which is sent separately. The first time you log in you should change this password, and keep your new password strictly private.

Our Client Relations team will be on hand to answer any technical questions you might have concerning your account. As a Gatehouse Bank client and user of Access Direct, your queries will be answered with knowledge, professionalism and unwavering courtesy.

Lifestyle Direct 

 

 

Lifestyle Direct is our bespoke concierge and lifestyle management service, giving you exclusive access to a comprehensive range of products and services and smoothing your visit to our London offices.

Like many of our clients, you might be facing multiple demands on your time. Our dedicated Lifestyle Direct Concierge can organise a range of activities and tasks, from hotel bookings and chauffeur services, to making reservations at the most exclusive restaurants in town. That gives you time to handle more important responsibilities, do the things you do best, or simply to relax. 

Membership of Lifestyle Direct is available exclusively to you as a Wealth Management account holder. Enrolment is automatic and you will receive your membership card shortly after opening your account with us.
